- SQL
- The database software that stores system data.
- Review
- The system's record of events.
- Operator
- A person who logs in to System Designer or GateKeeper.
- User
- A person who uses a keypad or card reader.
- Permission
- A rule that allows or denies an action.
- Firmware
- Software inside a controller or other device.
- Archive
- Keep old records in another store.
- Purge
- Remove old records.
