01What is the first login for V26?
For a new, unchanged installation, use installer as the name and installer as the password. Change the default password after login. For an existing site, use the assigned operator account.

You may be on a separate client PC. The icons can also be absent when the app does not have administrator rights. Check the local services on the server PC.

TCP 44000 carries client traffic to the application server. TCP 4711 carries controller traffic to the controller server. Check the separate requirements for optional integrations.

No. It installs System Designer and GateKeeper. It does not install Integriti services or SQL packages.

The V26 package uses SQL Server 2022 Express by default.

No. The source gives a 10 GB data limit for the bundled SQL Server 2022 Express engine. The medium and large site tables call for SQL Server Standard 2019 or later. Use the site-size and event-rate guidance before choosing.

Windows login needs system setup and an extra licence. Use the assigned operator name and password unless Windows login has been set up for the site.

Use the activation instructions supplied with the software. Keep the valid site product key ready. If activation fails, contact support@innerrange.com.

Use the database restore instructions supplied with the software. If you cannot find the procedure, contact support@innerrange.com before you restore the database.

The release notes require a controller below V25.1.0 to reach V25.1.0 before an update to V25.2.0 or later. Check the installed version and full release notes first. This is a controller firmware rule.
