Record the installed software and device versions first.

Check the controller version path
Warning
Do not skip the V25.1.0 step.
- Find the installed controller firmware version.
- If it is below V25.1.0 and you want V25.2.0 or later, update to V25.1.0 first.
- Use the V25.1.0 controller firmware from the package.
