Know where backups go and how results are recorded.

Use an approved, protected backup location.

Read the backup action reference
- Use the database backup instructions supplied with the software.
- Select the approved backup folder.
- Put the date and time in the backup file name.
Note
The Backup Database action writes a .bak file.
Expected result
The backup file is saved in the approved location.
