Make the first connection

Check the services

  1. Look at the service icons before you log in.
  2. Check that each required service shows a green indicator.
  3. If a required service is stopped, right-click its icon and select Start.

Service A program that runs in the background.

Note

On a separate client PC, service icons might not show. They can also be missing when the app has no administrator rights.

Expected result

The required installed services show a running state.
