Use permission groups
Warning
A deny rule overrides an allow rule for the same item.
- In System Designer, open Home > Permission Group.
- Click Add New to open the group editor.
- Click Add and select the allowed items from the site access plan.
- Read the full options before you save the group or assign it to people.
Permission group Holds access rights for a role, such as warehouse staff.
Note
Do not give every person the same wide access.
Expected result
The planned group contains the intended access rules.
